Once we have determined that we can arrange a suitable time and place for you to meet with our designers, whether it's in our design studio or somewhere else of your choosing. This gives you the opportunity to discuss designs, fabrics and budget with them.
Our next step is to arrange for one of our experienced floor and curtain fitters to come out to your premises to take measurements.
When you are happy with everything a quotation is then sent out to you breaking down the costs of the work required in a simple easy to read format.
These steps are repeated, if necessary, to ensure that we can achieve your vision within the budget and timescales required.

Delivery into situ
Save yourself some time and effort with our standard delivery and installation service which includes the removal of all packaging. All deliveries are arranged beforehand to ensure that we can find a convenient date to suit you.
We always use our own employees when installation is required to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your delivery and your property is left clean and tidy. In cases where our own delivery service is not a viable option or you require a tailgate only delivery service we have an approved list of carriers who we work with.
We know that sometimes things go wrong but you don't need to worry because we pride ourselves in our ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently and with regular updates you are never left in the dark.
